📦 Returns (Strict Eligibility)

We offer returns only in case of damaged or defective products.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • An unboxing video is mandatory as proof of damage
  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging must be intact

👉 Without a valid unboxing video, returns will not be accepted under any circumstances

❌ Non-Returnable Cases

To maintain hygiene and product quality standards, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference (comfort, softness, size, etc.)
  • Minor color or design variations
  • Incorrect usage or handling
  • Used or washed products

📹 Important – Unboxing Video Requirement

  • The unboxing video must be recorded from start to finish without cuts
  • It should clearly show:
    • Sealed package
    • Opening process
    • Product condition

👉 This is mandatory to verify claims and prevent misuse

💰 Refund Process

If your return request is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

🚚 Shipping & Return Handling

  • In case of approved damaged product claims, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you through the process
  • No return shipping charges will be applied for valid cases
